Passing around the guest book at your wedding reception is such a longstanding tradition. But, let's be honest, a list of names is rather drab and will in no way preserve the energy and sheer excitement that characterized your wedding party. Why not preserve the thrill of your wedding day with audio? With the voices of your friends and family who actually made your wedding so special? Why not preserve your wedding memories with Evoca?

Let's Get Started!

  1. Create a Wedding Group and decide between these 3 options:
    • Go Private if: "I only want certain people to make recordings and be able to listen to them."
    • Go Semi Public if: "I only want certain people to add recordings, but let anyone in the world listen."
    • Go Public if: "I want everyone in the world to be able to add recordings and I want everyone to listen."
  2. Set up the account so that every recording made by calling EvocaTell? goes straight to your "Wedding" group - no menus, no hassle, all memories.
  3. Invite your wedding guests to join your group. And if they're not already members, no prob - we'll send them an email and tell them why they should join.
  4. Have your wedding guests call EvocaTell? from their cell phones and leave a recording to your group. How about setting little cards on the tables at your reception reminding them to call?
  5. And if your guests would like to leave post-wedding messages for you ("You looked stunning!" "I know your father embarrasses you, but he sang that Sinatra song out of love."), they can sign into Evoca and create a recording for you and your new spouse with EvocaMic? anytime.
  6. With your audio guest list saved on Evoca, you can access the voices from your wedding from any computer anywhere in the world. But should you want to carry your memories around, subscribe to the RSS feed and take them with you wherever you go.
