Notes-to-self on the fly

1. Set up. Log into "My Account" and create a "Notes to Self" Group. Set your preferences so that when you call us, all of your recordings go right into this group without pushing a button.
   (Note: if you are using your cell phone to make recordings for more than one purpose, you might not want all your recordings directed to one group. Up to you.)
2. Record. Call us from your cell phone - it's the easiest option if you're on the run - and leave your note to self after the beep. For example: "Call Danny, pick up 2 bags of Dog food, order Mom flowers for her birthday." Hang up.
3. Organize. When you log into Evoca, your "Notes to Self" recording will be listed under the "Home" tab. It's a good idea to tag your recording with key words so that you can locate it easily later.
4. Transcribe. We'll type it up for $2.50 per minute of recording. Just click "transcribe" on the recording page, and the transcription will arrive to your inbox, depending on the length, within 4 business days. Fun, right?

Dictate without the hassle

1. Set up. Go to "My Account" and create a "Dictation" Group. You probably want it to be private, so that no one else but you and whoever you want listening can hear. Then, set your preferences so that when you call our system, your messages go straight to your "Dictation" group. (optional)
2. Record. Call our system from your cell phone and dictate after the beep. For example, "Dear Martha blah blah blah." OR, make a recording with your digital recording device and upload that recording into "My Recordings" by clicking the "upload my recording " on your homepage.
3. Organize. Next time log into Evoca, your latest recordings will appear on your home screen. We recommend that you tag your dictation with key words so that you can locate it easily in the future.
4. Transcribe. Evoca will transcribe your dictations for $2.50 per minute of recording. Just click "transcribe" on the recording page and the transcription will arrive to you by email, depending on the length, within 4 business days.

Dictate and Translate!

Do you need to have a letter written in another language? You can dictate and we'll transcribe it into whatever language you need! Just pretend your transcribing a letter, but when you log into your Evoca account and have your recording right in front of your eyes, click translate! For $10.00-$12.00 per minute of recording (depending upon the language), we'll have your translated document in your inbox within 5 business days.
