Do you want a transcription of your recording? Simply upload it to your account and we will transcribe any spoken audio for you!

You can order transcriptions of any recording you create by phone or with our in-browser recorder, EvocaMic™ or any recordings you upload to Evoca. You can order transcriptions of any public recording. Simply click on the title of any recording and then click on "Order transcription". We will instantly calculate the cost of the transcription based on the length of the recording in minutes. From there, you can place your order right online using a credit card.



One of our professional transcribers will receive your request, and begin to work. Once the text is ready, you will receive an email with a Microsoft Word© attachment containing your requested transcription. Because we are human and transcribe every recording by hand, there is room for some error. For this reason, we give you 24 hours to send any transcription or translation back if any corrections need to be made.

Any recording less than 2 hours in length will be transcribed or translated within 4 business days. Recordings longer than 2 hours up to 5 hours will be delivered within 5 business days. Recordings over 5 hours will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Transcriptions are charged based on the length of the recording in minutes and, at this time, our transcriptions are only in English. Word-for-word transcriptions are $2.50 per minute.
