Program #1

One Evoca Express PRO member account used by both the teacher and students

• The teacher acquires a PRO account: https://www.evoca.com/signup/signup.jsp?slField=1
• Students use their own phone to call one of the "public" Evoca phone numbers. When they dial the Evoca public phone number, they are prompted to enter the PRO account's registered phone number and PIN code to make their recordings.
• All recordings go into the teacher's PRO account as private recordings, completely under the management of the teacher.
• Links to private recordings can be emailed, right from within the PRO account using the "send to a friend" link; anyone receiving the link can only access that recording --- not any other recordings in the account.
• The teacher can make a private recording to give feedback to the students and, right from within the PRO account, and email that recording link to the designated students.
• This does not give students access to the teacher's Evoca Express PRO account; it is still managed by the teacher with its unique username and password.
• When the class is completed, the teacher can change the PIN code for the next class to use.

Program #2

One Evoca Express PRO member account used by both the teacher and students with a dedicated Virtual Voicemail™ phone number

• The teacher acquires
• PRO account: https://www.evoca.com/signup/signup.jsp?slField=1 and
• Virtual Voicemail number linked to the PRO account with a local area code: http://www.evoca.com/links/virtualvoicemail.jsp.
• At $29.99 per month, teachers can use a Virtual Voicemail number for as many months as needed. There is a 3 month minimum commitment for the Virtual Voice Mail number.
• Students call the Virtual Voicemail number and simply start recording after the welcome voice prompt. With a dedicated Virtual Voicemail phone number, there is no need to enter any phone number or PIN code.
• (Same as Option #1 above) All recordings go into the teacher's PRO account as private recordings, completely under the management of the teacher.
• Links to private recordings can be emailed, right from within the PRO account using the "Send to a friend" link; anyone receiving the link can only access that recording --- not any other recordings in the account.
• The teacher can make a private recording to give feedback to the students and, right from within the PRO account, and email that recording link to the designated students.
• (Same as Option #1 above)This does not give students access to the teacher's Evoca Express PRO account; it is still managed by the teacher with its unique username and password.

Program #3

One Evoca Express PRO member account used by the teacher and each student has an Evoca Express PRO member account

• The teacher acquires
  • PRO account at: https://www.evoca.com/signup/signup.jsp?slField=1
  • Student account at $2/year per student
• Students receive all of the benefits of a PRO account and can leave voice recordings for other Evoca Express members, such as their teacher or fellow students.
• The teacher emails the following information to sales@evoca.com
  • Usernames for students' FREE member accounts; these accounts can be existing or new FREE accounts.
  • A document confirming non-profit status of the educational institution
• During the school year students should not change their usernames, but if they do, it is the responsibility of the teacher to notify Evoca at sales@evoca.com.
• Evoca sends an invoice via PayPal to the email address/payer you choose.
  • The teacher or school/university makes the payment via PayPal (using credit or debit card, bank account); there no need to have a PayPal account.
• Upon receipt of payment, Evoca converts the list of FREE member accounts to PRO member accounts beginning on the date of payment and expiring in one calendar year.
• Additional student accounts can be added by the teacher at any time through an email request to: sales@evoca.com
• Due to the low cost of providing these accounts, we cannot 'trade out' one student's account for another at the end of a class, semester, or academic year.
