Embed players
The players category lets you choose any one of 4 standard single recording players of different widths and generate the HTML embed code to copy/paste (embed it) into a page in your blog, website, or social media profile. This feature is ideal for rapidly posting a single recording online. You still can create a customized player by using the Flash player wizard.
The players are viral, meaning that it includes a share button that enables your visitors to post (embed) the player on their own social media profile, such as Facebook, their website or blog, and also to email and bookmark it. The Evoca server streams the recording together with the image of the player from our server each time the page in which it is embedded loads.
Hint: Typical locations to embed a single recording player are at the beginning, end, or within a blog article, underneath a photo or image, and within an online profile.
1. To select your player, use the down arrow on the “embed” option from the players section on the tableview. Select the size that will best suit your page.

Mini = Width: it expands to 290 pixels while playing. Height: 24 pixels. The recording title appears when expanded
Small = Width: 126 pixels – Height: 20 pixels
Medium = Width: 223 pixels – Height: 20 pixels
Large = Width: 320 pixels – Height: 20 pixels
2. After you choose a size, a preview window with the HTML code will appear. Click on the copy button to get the HTML code to paste to your blog, web page, or social networking profile. Here is an example of a mini player preview. The preview player actually will playback your recording.

3. Player dimensions will appear at the bottom of the window in case you change your mind and choose one of the other 4 standard players.
When embedded, the players will look like this:
mini player

small player
![]()
medium player

large player
- You also can create a custom player by clicking on the ‘View’ category to access the ‘create a player’ link that takes you to the Flash player wizard.
