The Album player includes every Public recording you have assigned to a specific Album.
Whenever a new public recording is created and added to this Album (or an existing recording’s privacy setting in this album is set to Public), it is automatically added to all of your already embedded Album player. So, wherever your album player is located – on your website, blog, or both – it is updated automatically – no need to re-embed your player.
The Album player only uses an Album that is set at Public and contains recordings that are Public, so be sure that the Album and recordings are set to Public to use the player externally.
Choose from two ways to publish an Album player
Method #1: Use one of the standard players Evoca provides
- Click on the My Albums tab in your My Home page.
- Choose the Album for your playlist player.
- In the Album toolbar, click on “Embed playlist player” to select from the 4 standard players sizes. Each player has a built-in “share” button to make the album viral. That is, your visitors can post the album to social media pages or web/blog pages.
Method #2: Create a custom album player
- Click on the My Albums tab in your My Home page.
- Choose the Album for your playlist player.
- To create your player, click the “customize player” link. There are many options for customizing your Flash player player to fit almost any space and theme. You will use the Flash player wizard to do it.
