Evoca provides five ways to record Skype calls
Choose an Evoca Plan, login, add the Evoca Skype Call Recorder and record immediately anywhere around the world or across town. Capture your Skype recordings — your own voice, interviews and conference calls — and safely save them in your secure online Evoca account “in the cloud”. Instantly listen, email, post online and to Facebook or Twitter or keep your recordings private. Playback is possible from any computer, smartphone or tablet.
Add the Evoca Chat contact to get recording confirmation and instant access to links to playback, download, email or order a transcription of your recording. We also let you know how much recording storage you have left in your account in case you want to instantly add more storage.
#1 Record your own voice
- Login to your Skype account
- Click the Evoca Skype Call Recorder in your contacts list
- Talk
- Hang up the call
- The recording is instantly saved to your online Evoca account as an MP3 digital audio recording as an MP3 digital audio recording
- You will receive a confirmation Skype chat from Evoca
- You can listen, email, publish [to websites, blogs, Facebook, Twitter] or keep private
#2 Record Skype interviews
- Login to your Skype account
- Skype call the interviewee
- When ready to start the recording session, add the Evoca Skype Call Recorder from your contact list as a “third party” to the call
- Talk
- Hang up the call or just remove the Call Recorder to stop recording
- The recording is instantly saved to your online Evoca account as an MP3 digital audio recording
- You will receive a confirmation Skype chat from Evoca to listen, email, or order a transcription
#3 Record Skype conference calls – voice calls
- Login to your Skype account
- Skype call the conference call participants
- When ready to start the recording session, add the Evoca Skype Call Recorder from your contact list as a “third party” to the call
- Talk
- Hang up the call or remove the Call Recorder to stop the recording session
- The recording is instantly saved to your online Evoca account as an MP3 digital audio recording

#4 Record audio stream of Skype video calls
- Login to your Skype account
- Skype call the conference call participants
- Add the Evoca Skype Call Recorder as a “third party” to the call from your contact list
- Talk
- Hang up the call or just remove the Call Recorder to stop the recording session
- Recording is instantly saved to your online Evoca account as an MP3 digital audio recording
- You will receive a confirmation Skype chat from Evoca to listen, email, or order a transcription

#5 Invite other people to record
By registering their Skype account to your Evoca account
- Login to your Evoca account
- Click on My Accounts tab
- Click on Register SKype account[s]
- Add other Skype accounts
- Tell the person to search for/add the “Evoca Call Recorder” contact to her/his Skype account
- And to search for/add the “Evoca Chat” contact to get the handy recording confirmation chat message
- Now whenever that person uses her/his Skype account to record a Skype call, the recording will be saved to your Evoca account
Using your custom Skype Call Recorder
- Get your custom Skype Call Recorder when you sign up for an Evoca Local or Toll-Free Plan
- Anyone can add your Custom Call Recorder as a Skype contact
- Third parties can record their own voices, interviews, voice conference calls, and the audio stream of video conference calls
- All recordings are saved directly into your Evoca account
- You can publish the recording [websites, blogs, Facebook, Twitter] or keep it private
