You can easily upgrade from your Free Trial subscription to a Pro, Local, or Toll-Free Plan.

Benefits of Local or Toll-Free: Enable third parties to create call recordings that are saved to your Evoca account [no phone or Skype registration required] and get more storage capacity [Local start with 20 hours; Toll-Free starts with 40 hours.]

How to upgrade to Pro, Local, or Toll-Free

Step 1: Login to your Free Trial Evoca account. See this banner at the top of your My home page. It will inform you about how many days are left in your trial period.

Step 2: Select a Pro, Local, or Toll-Free Plan upgrade. Upon payment your Evoca subscription level will be immediately upgraded.

For a Local Plan upgrade, you get a dedicated Local phone number. During the upgrade you will be asked about your preferred geographic location for your dedicated phone number. You get 20 hours of recordings storage time to start. Add more storage capacity any time.

For a Toll-Free Plan upgrade, you get a dedicated Toll-free phone number and 40 hours of recordings storage time to start. Add more storage capacity any time. We offer numbers for the U.S. and Canada at the listed monthly subscription price. To inquire about availability and pricing for a Toll-Free number for any other country, please contact us via our Help desk. You get 300 calling minutes per month.

For Local or Toll-Free Plan upgrades, within 2-3 business days you will receive email notification from Evoca that your new Local or Toll-Free number has been activated, along with a reminder about how to customize your  welcome prompt. Changes to your welcome prompt are entirely self-service, so feel free to change it any time. Need your dedicated phone number faster than 2-3 days? Send us a message through our Help desk and we will do our best to accommodate your time frame.

Adding storage time is convenient. As a paid Plan subscriber you can add recording storage time from your My home page at “Add storage minutes.” At any time you can select one or more “buckets” of 10 hours [600 minutes] of additional recording storage time for $2.00/month per bucket. When you get to 90% storage capacity, we post a notification banner at the top of your My Home page and invite you to add storage minutes.

With all paid subscription Plans — Pro, Local, and Toll-free — you are able to register up to 30 phone numbers and up to 30 Skype accounts. This feature is designed for team members, students, friends, or family members to create recordings using any phone or Skype. All recordings from registered phone number and Skype accounts are saved to your account. You access and manage all recordings in your password-protected Evoca account. You’re in control.
