Be sure to change your payment information if your card expiration date or billing address has changed, or you want to start using another payment method/credit card.
How to update your payment information
Login to your Evoca account
Step 1: Click on the My Account tab
Step 2: Under “Account information” click on Update payment information
Step 3: Complete the secure online payment form and click on the “Place your order” button
As always, at your next billing date you receive a payment confirmation email at the email address you have registered to your Evoca account. If you want to change your email address at any time go to My Account tab > Personal settings: Edit my email address. You also can check your subscription renewal date [cycle] at My Account > Account settings: Subscription cycle.
If your credit card information changes, such as expiration date or billing address, and we cannot process your payment, do not be concerned. We will automatically Archive your account, saving all recordings and settings for up to 90 days. We put a convenient Archive notification banner at the top of your My Home page, so when you login, you can re-activate your account immediately by clicking on the link in the banner.
