Mayor Daley got an earful when he went to a public meeting to discuss Chicago's 2010 budget at the South Shore Cultural Center on August 25.
Angry residents wanted to hear about the botched parking meter deal and why we are pursuing the 2016 Olympics when we are broke and have cut back on so many essential city services.
