To capture compelling stories for “Great and Good: Game Changing Leadership for a Better World”, the upcoming business book about ethical leadership, Bob Vanourek and Gregg Vanourek have been interviewing exemplary executives around the world – 50 interviewees from 9 countries, and counting. Scheduled for 2011 publication, the book is the culmination of decades of Bob’s business experience and his deep personal belief in values-based leadership. Now retired from Fortune 500 CEO posts with Recognition Equipment and Sensormatic, Bob is collaborating with like-minded son Gregg Vanourek, author of “Life Entrepreneurs” and founding partner of New Mountain Ventures. The father and son team has been recording interviews with leadership heroes and heroines around the globe, in large and small organizations in all sectors: corporate, nonprofit, government, and the military. Having access to their alumni networks from Yale, Princeton, Harvard, and Claremont College also opened many doors.

Bob lives outside Vail, Colorado and Gregg lives and works north of Stockholm, Sweden; the publishing team is located in multiple cities. Their interviewees were located all around the United States and the rest of the world.
